Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-09-06

These terms are the agreement between you and AMP Services (Florida, United States) for the use of GreenOps. By creating an account you accept them. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind that company.

The service

GreenOps is a web application for managing a landscaping business: clients and properties, crews, jobs and invoices. We provide it on a subscription basis and we may add, change or remove features over time. If we remove something you rely on, we will give you reasonable notice.

Your account

You need an account to use GreenOps. You must give accurate information, keep your password confidential, and you are responsible for everything that happens under your account. Tell us promptly at info@ampservicesus.com if you believe someone else has gained access to it.

Free trial

Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. We do not ask for a card to begin the trial. If you do not subscribe before the trial ends, we will not charge you; we may restrict access to the application until you choose a plan, but we will not delete your data solely because a trial expired.

Plans and payment

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe, our payment processor. Current prices are shown on our pricing page and are in US dollars, exclusive of any tax that may apply to you.

By subscribing you authorise us to charge your payment method each month until you cancel. If a payment fails we may retry it and, if it keeps failing, suspend your subscription. If we change the price of your plan we will give you at least 30 days' notice, and the new price applies from your next renewal.

Online payments and our fee

If you connect a Stripe account, your clients can pay their invoices online. Those payments are made directly to your own Stripe account: we never hold your money, and the payout, the payment history and any disputes are between you, your client and Stripe.

We charge a platform fee of 1% of each invoice paid online. It is deducted automatically at the moment your client pays. This fee is waived for the first six months of your subscription, and the exact date it starts applying is shown in your account under Settings, Card payments.

Our 1% is separate from Stripe's own processing fees, which your Stripe account pays under your agreement with Stripe. We will give you at least 30 days' notice before changing our fee.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time from your account settings or by writing to us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and you keep access until then. We do not give pro-rata refunds for a partial month, except where the law requires it.

We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms, if you do not pay, or if we are required to by law. Except in serious cases we will warn you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.

Acceptable use

When using GreenOps you must not:

  • Break the law, or use the service to help someone else break it.
  • Upload material you do not have the right to upload, or that infringes someone else's rights.
  • Enter personal data about your customers without a lawful basis to do so.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service, other accounts, or our infrastructure; probe it for vulnerabilities without our written permission; or interfere with its normal operation.
  • Resell or redistribute the service, or use it to build a competing product.
  • Send unsolicited bulk email through the service, or upload malware.

Your data

You keep ownership of everything you put into GreenOps. You grant us only the licence we need to host, process, back up and display it so we can run the service for you. How we handle it is described in our Privacy Policy.

You can export or request a copy of your data at any time. After your account closes we keep it for the period described in the Privacy Policy and then delete it.

Availability

We work to keep GreenOps available, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we do not currently offer a service level agreement. We may take the service down for maintenance, and we will try to do so outside normal working hours where possible.

Disclaimer

GreenOps is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. GreenOps does not provide legal, tax or accounting advice; the invoices and records it produces are your responsibility to check.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost business or lost or corrupted data, even if advised that such damages were possible.

Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these terms or the service is limited to the amount you actually paid AMP Services for GreenOps in the twelve months before the event that gave rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud, for wilful misconduct, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims brought by a third party — including your own customers — arising from the content you put into GreenOps or from your use of the service in breach of these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects your rights we will give you notice by email or in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use GreenOps after that date means you accept the new terms; if you do not, you may cancel.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of that state have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
